Your child's pictures for the 5th Grade Yearbook
We are collecting 5 – 10 pictures of your child for the 5th grade yearbook. The yearbook will be given to all 5th graders on June 14, 2011 at the 5th Grade Promotion Party.
One picture per year K – 5… if possible.
Pictures should be from McGaugh events –
not home pictures, birthday parties, or sporting events.
Photos submitted electronically OR on a disk are preferred!
Send pictures electronically to your classroom rep below OR
put pictures/disks in this envelope and place in classroom collection box.
Label pictures or disks with the following information:
1. Parent name/phone #
2. Child's name and room #
3. School year of each picture (K, 1st, 2nd, etc.)
4. The event that the picture is from
5. Names of the students in the picture
Collection Boxes are in the classrooms!

Remember - our yearbook needs production time! We need your pictures as soon as possible!
